Cathodes
Our cathode is composed of a carbon fiber velvet, providing a means of generating powerful electron pulses by field emission from the tops of the carbon fibers.
Product Description
KULR’s carbon fiber cathodes have been developed primarily for use by the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. prime contractors in directed energy weapons. KULR can apply the special fiber emitter coating to a broad range of substrate configurations to meet the requirements of your design. We coat metal substrates or can provide chemical vapor deposition (CVD) post-processing over polymer attachment on graphite substrate to create a fully carbon part.
