Cell Cycling (120 A)

Service Description

KULR’s Test and Analysis Division can provide services with a multichannel cell level electrical cycler with up to 120 A per cell capability (with paralleled channels). This specialized testing system is designed to charge and discharge lithium-ion cells under controlled conditions. It enables precise evaluation of cell performance, efficiency, and longevity by simulating real-world operating conditions. This high-power cycler can accommodate up to 120 A per channel (with paralleled channels), making it ideal for testing next generation power cells capable of 10 C discharge rates.

Equipped with advanced monitoring and data acquisition capabilities, it allows engineers to assess critical parameters such as voltage stability, capacity retention, thermal behavior, and cycle life. By replicating various load profiles and environmental conditions, the cycler ensures battery modules meet safety, durability, and performance standards before deployment in demanding applications. Further, the cycler can be combined for use with KULR’s environmental chambers (TVAC and thermal/humidity).
